Library remodel over budget

The $32 million remodel of Penrose Library, which will house the new Academic Commons, will cost another $450,000 due to a new west-side addition that will be built along with the rest of the project. Blood donation event saves up to 366 lives

Approximately 160 DU students came together last Wednesday and Thursday to donate blood to Bonfils Blood Center. By the end of the two days, students donated 122 units, equaling 500 mL of blood, which has the potential to save up to 366 Colorado lives. Full story
