The DU Programs Board is putting on a 5K charity Polar Bear Run Sunday, Jan. 23, at Washington Park at 10 a.m.
It will benefit the Rainbow House, a local daycare for children with special needs, including HIV/AIDS. All participants will receive long-sleeved shirts and refreshments. The entry fee for DU students is $15 if you sign up prior to the race and $20 on race day. Students can sign up online at www.bkbltd.com, by mail, or in person at the DU Campus Life Office in Driscoll North. For more information, please contact Joey Ham at jham2@du.edu.
