The DU men's swimming and diving team finished in second place this past weekend at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in Nashville, Tenn., while the women finished in third. Head coach Brian Schrader was named the SBC male coach of the year for the second consecutive year, junior Blake Worsley was named the SBC male swimmer of the year and senior Kelsey Totura earned female swimmer of the year honors for the second consecutive season.

The University of Denver men's basketball team finished the regular season with two losses on the road this past weekend. Last Sunday, the Pioneers were defeated by Louisiana-Lafayette 58-51 and last Thursday lost to Arkansas-Little Rock 66-55. Freshman forward Rob Lewis went for 16 points and had nine boards.
