Blood drive

Greek Councils Spring Philanthropy will be a Bon Fils Blood Drive, which will take place all day Wednesday in Driscoll Student Center. All students, staff and faculty are invited to donate.



Documentary film

screening

A screening of the award winning documentary "For the Bible Tells Me So," which explores homosexuality and the Bible, will be shown on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Lindsay Auditorium.

Following the film there will be an open dialogue with biblical experts and members of the LGBTIQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trangender, Intersex, Questioning) community. The event is free, presented by the University Chaplain, the Center for Multicultural Excellence and DUPB.



Diversity Summit

The 7th Annual DU Diversity Summit will be held on Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year's theme, "One DU: Greater Expectations for Inclusive Excellence," will examine DU's progress toward implementing inclusive excellence throughout the campus. This event is free and registration is now open.



Holocaust

Awareness Week

This week Never Again! will sponsor the 2nd Annual Holocaust and Genocide Awareness Week.

This year's theme is "Hate Kills," and the week will include a talk by keynote speaker Joseph Sebarenzi, former head of the Rwandan Parliament and a survivor of the genocide in Rwanda tonight at 7 p.m. in Lindsay Auditorium. A screening of "The Pianist" will be on Thursday at 8 p.m. in Davis Auditorium.

On Friday at 6 p.m. in the Merage and Allon Hillel Center, in honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day, a student-led Shabbat service and dinner, which will include an interfaith memorial service is being held. The week will end with the conference on "Taking a Stand: Youth Against Genocide" on Sunday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m

Student's thesis

presenation

Graduate student Stacey Sotosky will present the culmination of her thesis work, a performance cinema experience which explores the unearthing of the ATRA ritual performance. The event will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
